what is flnt?

At FLNT, we believe every transformation starts with a spark - the moment you decide to live a healthier, fuller, longer life. Like flint striking steel, the right guidance can ignite a fire that fuels you for life. Our mission is to be that spark and help you keep the flame burning.

We do this through our four pillars:

Fuel – We give your body what it needs to create lasting energy, perform at your best, and recover fully. Through one-on-one nutrition coaching, we make fueling simple, effective, and sustainable.

Lift – Movement is the foundation of a long, strong, and healthy life. Our training focuses on building the strength, mobility, and resilience to live the life you want.

Nourish – True wellness goes beyond food and fitness. At FLNT, we prioritize quality sleep, stress management, meaningful connections, and emotional well-being.

Thrive – Health isn’t about obsessing over food or spending endless hours in the gym. We help you thrive—whether that means climbing mountains, playing with your kids, running your first marathon, or simply living with freedom and confidence.

FLNT isn’t just coaching — it’s a complete approach to living well. Once your spark is lit, you’ll never look back.

About coach meghan

Hi, I’m Meghan — a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 Coach with a lifelong passion for movement, health, and living fully.

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2017, started coaching in 2022, and began working with nutrition clients in 2025. My athletic background is wide-ranging — growing up, I was primarily a gymnast but also spent time figure skating, rowing, running track and cross country, and even cheerleading. As an adult, I’ve embraced being a generalist: CrossFit, trail running, HYROX, hiking, and backpacking all feed into the way I like to train and coach — building fitness that carries over into everything.

Originally from Ohio, I moved to Pullman, WA for graduate school, where I earned a PhD in wildlife conservation and genetics. Science has always been a driving force for me, and I love applying that same curiosity and evidence-based approach to training, nutrition, and wellness.

At the heart of it all, my outlook on health is simple: I want the strength, energy, and resilience to say yes to life’s opportunities — whether that’s a mountain trail, a new sport, or an everyday challenge. And I want to help others do the same, fueling their bodies and building the confidence to live life to the fullest.
